The Roux Blond Collective

Started in 2006 when Darren and Anne Marie came together to combine their talents and experience. The vision was to create a catering and events company that would push the boundaries of creativity and experience. 

The philosophy was that we would serve amazing food that engaged the senses at any location, at any time. Our meticulous attention to detail and creativity became the trademark of the brand. 

That same attention to detail, creativity and demand has seen the Collective develop Design and Provisioning departments in recent years.
